paypal entry block !!!
 

I have a restricted paypal account.180-day restriction over. I have funds in my account . has asked for phone confirmation to transfer money . phone number attached to account is outdated not used . so i added a new phone . but I did not send a confirmation code and I deleted the other old phone number !!! the whole problem started here !!! I was denied access to my account because I deleted the old phone number without confirming my new number. I can't log in to my account right now.

Is there someone with knowledge on the subject ? what should I do ?

1. option reset password: only works if you can do 2 of these things:
- enter a confirmationcode which they send on your mail
- confirm your cc number which is connected to the acc
- answer your security question
(-recive a code on your phone)

2. option wait 3 weeks without tryin to log in and hope they accept your phonenumber
(the reason you cant use it is because it is new, not because it is not confirmed)

when I try to log in to my account, '' we're sorry, we're unable to sign in, contact us if you think there's a problem with your account, and we'll help you solve it. ' he warns. no password reset option. only Help Center directs but wants me to log in to my account to file a complaint at the help center .doesn't send me a reset email when I select I forgot my password . obviously prevented me from everywhere !!!
