Hello ,
can I connect only a bank account to paypal for selling or do i have to add also a VCC card?

There's no need to add a VCC if you can add your bank account. You just have to verify your Paypal with your bank and its ready to go( if you're not talking about a stealth account)

A bank account is sufficient to get started.
They might ask for a VCC later on if you ever plan to use the account to send payments though.
