how much money can i send from a paypal to a newly (1 month) created paypal with a bit of activity, without getting it limited or any other type of probs with paypal

And nope, this doesn't guarantee that you will not be limited. Just don't too much transaction first in new accounts. Keep it slow and steady.

Don't make it a habit of regularly sending money between paypals - why do you need to do this?
