Country for Stealth PayPal 2019
 

What's the best country to choose for stealth PayPal? (With VPN).
I DO NOT need to withdraw money, so I'm not interested in connecting my bank or any personal info.
All I will do is attach VCC and confirm with f...e ID if needed.
All I want is account to not be limited within few months... This account will be used to purchase digital items/IRL items for reselling purposes.
My last account was banned, and they took my 2 other acccounts down (as potential risk) and they charged me 300$ for nothing.

Wow, PayPal is so ****ty then...
I'm just stressed out because of them. I don't have any negative balance, nor I had my real information in my account but I'm afraid they may start doing something against me. They took all the money I had on my PayPal account and sent it to their account just called "PayPal", left me with 0.09$ on my account.
Does "gift address" when I purchase something IRL for a different delivery address count as my address on PayPal account? Can they use the "gift address" to send letters or something else?
Will my "closed" account get deleted with time or will it just stay banned forever?

Didn't know about what?
I don't have any negative balance or something. My account just got locked and that's it. I don't really care about getting the money back

After few minutes of thinking about the situation I decided not to use PayPal anymore.

Man, i've been in that situation a lot of items, but to tell you - until now i've been using paypal.
Have you tried other countries? other than the USA paypal?
