Paypal confirm bank account error

I added my bank account to my UK Paypal and received the 4 digit verification code.
When i click on Confirm your bank account i receive this error:

"PayPal: Internal Error

We're sorry, we're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later."

Does anyone receives this error ? Any advice on how to bypass it?

I use socks, i am aware of the VPN issue on Paypal. Adding bank account works without issues, confirming direct debit works without issues.
The error appears when i click on confirm bank account .

It was a paypal issue. Problem solved.
