PayPal using a VPS experiences?

Hey guys I just moved to a country where PayPal has been constitutionally banned from both sending and receiving payments


Anyway I was thinking of buying a server in the UK setting uk windows on it and using it as my "go to" machine to access my business paypal and keep making money

my question is

1. would the vps IP be enough or would it get flagged as a vps


2. ive the option to buy the same ISP 4g VPN I used in the UK for 40$ a month would that be a better choice instead?

Eventually, those may get you banned.

If you have friends or family who can allow you to keep a PC box tucked away at their home, then you'd be good to go.

Get a powerful PC with sufficient Ram/ processor/ enterprise SSD and two Lan cards.
Get a 4G router with sim slot (Huawei make these)
Use a type one hypervisor as host OS
Connect your friend/family's broadband to Lan 1 (for remote management)
Insert any UK sim to your Mini router then plug it into Lan port 2.

That should avail you many VMs + nearly unlimited IPs that are safe. Plus you can manage it remotely even on a mobile phone.
You can can split that $40 between whoever is hosting your box and your sim data plan.
