Can PP ban my SN/Imei number?
 

Can PayPal ban me on my Imei or SN number? My account was permanently banned recently for no reason and from this time everytime I create an account I can't receive payments. I have no limitations on this account and I issued FULL phone format through twrp from scratch.

I was never using this app. What is locking me from receiving the money then? It was working fine before... I restarted everything, used vpn, even without it does not work (different ip) and different hwid. I have no idea...

Everytime someone wants to pay me through any app it says payment is failed. It does not lock my account, I don't have any warning or message. Just weird, like I can't receive money anymore. I tried lots of accounts, new ones as well same problem.

Can PayPal get my imei through app I'm selling my stuff on? It requires permission to PayPal account

I had vpn 24/7 on my phone. I tried without VPN and it didn't work as well, so I must be blacklisted somehow, not on ip and not on hwid.
The vpn was Windscribe (its my favourite cause fast, good masking and easy to operate)

Same problem on the PC. I can make paypal, now yet I can receive money, but once they are on hold I can't provide tracking info or anything and PayPal is extremely laggy.
"We're experiencing technical difficulties" - is the error I get everytime I click anywhere.

Well, I don't know about Windscribe, the only one I know that has never failed me and it's specially made for stealth is IPburger.

Maybe try them and use the stealth guide, see how it goes this time.

If it's happening your account is already banned, but you just don't see it. Same thing happened to me - for a few days I had this problem then got officialy limited. Just make a new fully stealth account as someone recommended there already. Avoid using free VPNs - it's a fast way to get limited.

iPhone Apps CANNOT see your phone's SN/IMEI. Apple do not provide such API to get these low level information.

However, they can easily track you through less invasive means, such as your phone number.

Do not use these apps if you're operating on stealth accounts.
