Need help with PayPal ban.
 

On the phone I can't receive payments, even tho I have no notifications on my account. My last account was banned permanently. They took 3 accounts with it, so I lost them all. Since then I can't receive money. I did full phone format, new IP, new HWID, even new OS and still the same problem. I used VPN to check if it will work, but unfortunately the same problem appeared. The same thing on the PC. I can make Paypal, now yet I can receive money, but once they are on hold I can't provide tracking info or anything and PayPal is extremely laggy.
"We're experiencing technical difficulties" - is the error I get everytime I click anywhere.

Any idea what kind of ban is that and how to bypass it?
I formatted my PC. Even changed the SN numbers of all my drives but completly formatting them.

sorry to hear that you had issues with your paypal accounts so far.
How fast were your accounts closed?
You made transactions on it before they went closed?
What IP were you using? VPN or some real IP? if VPN, from which provider?

I've had these accs for few months. There were lots of transactions.
Does not matter if I use VPN or not, cause it does not work anyways. I have no idea how they blacklisted me, really.
I was using Windscribe, and my real IP - but on different account. Sometimes even my phone number data internet IP.

I set up a new Android device on my PC (not from emulator) and it works as it should... I have no idea what they blacklisted, but they did a good job :(

Did you actually follow not just the methods in the stealth guide but also its selling practices?

Please take back some time, get the stealth guide in your hands and follow the methods and selling practices described into it. It will help you a lot!
