Method for EU people to get PayPal unbanned/withdraw funds.

Hello. So after a long time of researching I've found a method for people that are from EU to get PayPal from EU country unbanned/funds withdrawed. I've already made a thread about this but it got deleted(don't know why). If there's gonna be a lot of people interested in knowing about this I can make a whole guide how to do this step by step. If mods got any questions please priv me. Thanks.

two main reasons for posts of this kind to be removed:

1) exploits or "methods" if abused doesn't last long for obvious reasons.

2) exploits and "methods" are not easy to find, it takes time and research. I doubt people who spent hours, lost accounts and money are willing to give it away for free with the risk that soon will not work anymore so... most of the time this is only a bait for fishing. Typical scammer method
