Reusing EIN number

So I got my ebay MC011'd which is death but my paypal is in good condition. My question is once I get another ebay/paypal going and they ask for tax info once I reach the selling limit can I use an old EIN# Hate having to open a new corporation everytime an ebay gets suspended.

No, you cannot use the same EIN, that's an easy linkage.
