How to start buying via paypal after permanent ban? (advice needed)

Hello,

I'm completely new to this forum and the whole VCC's and VBA's thing and I wanted to learn more about it.

So recently I was banned from paypal for selling (a phone) on ebay, and no matter what proof i gave them they didn't change their decision so oh well.

Now, I'm looking to use paypal as a customer (not a seller, doubt i'm going back to that) and I wanted to see how i'd go about doing it.

First i tried to get a replacement bank card (told my bank i'd lost it and they replaced the card for me) (different card number/sort code) and then make a new paypal account and verified it and all and it seemed fine the first day, next day i got hit with a limitation (I'm assuming it's because I wrote my full name)

When I entered my card details i had to write my full name and address, right? Since it wouldn't allow me to link my card if it's not the same name as my bank name (i think this is the case atleast). Honestly didn't have high hopes for it to work anyways but i've been looking around and i haven't been able to find a clear answer so far so i thought why not post!

And I'm now here for advice from people with much much more experience! Any help is appreciated as to what I can now do?

(Also, on a VCC or VBA wouldn't i have to put my real name or something?)

Loads of other options, even on ebay, loads of other sites to spend your money on too.

Whaat, everytime i try to make a purchase on ebay without paypal, it tells me there's an error and i can't do it, is there any reason for that?

I would have just tried guest checkout using the new debit card, but I'm not sure if that will work at this point since you've already added the card to a new PP that was later limited.

Also, at least in the USA, the name on your card isn't checked or able to be checked during transactions. AVS looks for your street address, city, and postal code to match. You should be able to put any first/last name and have the order go through as long as the address info is correct. I guess further research is necessary but I'm willing to bet AVS functions the same way in UK.

Oo I see, so it's only the address that matters and not the name?as long as it matches the paypal account name? (Provided i use a different phone number, ip address every time) and I'm using a monzo account so i can get replacements for my cards easily really, i'll give it a shot as soon as I get the card!

heh lol I have PayPal in Poland and my credit card in PayPal has all datas mismatch with datas in PayPal and I can buy on Ebay - I use this few years no any problemo. Maybe my answer is not for subject : >

ps. Probably I link Payoneer with PayPal with First Century Bank and withdrawal working. One payment came, next few in transit, tomorrow I will know on the 100%.
