Stealth Paypal can't add bank.
 

I tried to add a bank account to a stealth paypal, I updated to phone so i could verify by text or call, but even with the new phone and waiting a week it says sorry we can not proceed, even after waiting 48 hours and again 7 full days.

So now they want me to call in and answer questions and I'm wondering if there is a service on here that can get the bank added, or is the account pretty much sealed off from useability? I have $150 in it, long since cleared and available, ebay side is in great standing, paypal is in great standing, I just can't add a bank.

Are there any solutions? It's made with stealth info.

I have this same issue. I waited 7 days to add a bank account and still getting the sorry we cant process your request error.

I think I'll have to wait like 30 days to add, otherwise only option is to phone in.

Hello,

It always works for me on UK PP, never tested on US PP:

1. First of all, you'll need a landline attached to your PayPal account.

2. Just use the classic PayPal interface:

and then click on "Withdraw" and add a bank account.

Follow PayPal instructions to confirm your account and it's sorted. You'll not need to talk with anyone.

I tried this. Couldn't find a withdraw button maybe because it's a business account. Not sure what to do now I've been waiting 3 weeks.

My card has also disappeared from the account, maybe that's an issue?


Does anyone have any experience with calling, and do they ask public database questions or just to confirm the number?

You should have added that bank account before even using the PP account.
So do this in the future
