Cannot pay shipping labels for days

Suddenly from last week, no way to pay for shipping labels, cannot take balance, from the bank or credit card
always error message.
I asked paypal, they said, internal system blocking it....
what the fxxk....

Anyone on the same boat... had to go to ebay to make shipping labels.
Or use stamps.com

upset!
