Setting up a new Stealth Paypal

I'm planning on setting up a stealth PayPal for my company that does around $50k a month from digital goods. I'm completely clueless how to do all this because I have just been banned from my personal account. Please let me know the best way to setup a stealth PayPal account that will allow me to file my taxes legally and easily. I appreciate anyone who is willing to help me out.

are you aware if you are ever audited by your state for reporting sales tax,your Paypal history would not show where you buyer is located,so you could end up paying sales tax for them.
if you cant prove they are from out of state,then they must be from your state,thats their logic
