micro deposits is not safe?
 

micro deposits sends the name of the account holder back to paypal along with the original amount of those 2 micro deposits? I didn't get micro-deposit and went to withdraw and it let me only with 72howr hold.

There is a debate on whether or not your account name and address is sent to PayPal when they withdrawl the micro deposits, but there is no debate on whether they look at it or care...they don't.
Don't understand what you mean when you state that you didn't receive your micro deposits. It usually shows up in a day or two, and it's important to enter these to verify your account.

never got the micro deposit I don't know why so I just deposit the money without micro deposit. It says 72 hold on email and says pending expect by date. I may still get micro deposit later.

Unless you are using a REAL bank, this is a typical occurence especially if you are using a prepaid card, virtual account (like Greendot, NetSpend, etc. Those are NOT real banks but cheap virtual products that will fail the micro-deposit verification.

I also have 72h probably beacuse I not verified bank account in PayPal. Of course 2 micro deposit I have on bank account but not write this in PayPal, because .. its Payoneer First Century Bank (supposedly regulalry ban by PayPal) and withdrawal functional 100%. When I withdraw less than $50 i have 24h hold withdraw. As for me brilliant situation, Payoneer is phenomenal for international stealth and support Payoneer is great :]
Of course I use for ebay and paypal always one PC, VPN (free public, but functioning), I logging only 2,3 times per day, etc.
Payoneer of course must be for real names beacuse verified by documents - passport etc.

I linked all real bank account into my stealth bank account.

Mostly I can received the 2 micro deposits within 1 working day. Otherwise the 2 working days.

Why are people still using Payoneer when it's long been known to be problematic?

Stay away from "online only" banks. They will give you problems.

Unfortunately PayPal is very smart and knows this, and is why they are heavily scrutinizing any "bank" that is virtual or easy to obtain from outside the USA. Unless you are using a real US bank account, things are much more difficult than they were before.

TransferWise, Payoneer, virtual banks, are well known to PayPal and are dealt with accordingly.

The only legitimate way to open a US bank account as a foreign national without visiting the country is to deal with a Registered Agent or Attorney that can setup a business entity and take care of the paperwork. Just be aware that privilege is costly, usually around $1000-2000 USD to setup per LLC or Corp with banking.

Maybe. I make few withdrawal to Payoneer and overall about $800 and no problem but it isn't known what the future will bring :]
USA account is very good because without 2500 Euro limit. Btw. what annual limit is in USA for not business user ?

There is really not a hard "limit" per-se, but a tax threshold before you reach $20,000 AND 200 transactions. At that point, USA PayPal will want to confirm your TIN, and possibly more. How soon before the 20k/200 mark they actually ask for it depends on your activity.

plenty of non US sellers sell on Ebay USA,but they do not use USA Paypal-UK,Australia,HK,China,Canada,etc

Exactly. I can do PayPal in Poland, account on Ebay and to sell in the USA. but I will have only 2500 euro for the year. Of course I can do the new account, to go to the bank and to establish the next bank account etc. But it is very tiring. Much it is easier to have the American PayPal, i.e. one account for ages.

btw. The PayPal is checking identity documents, numbers on the document, really of this document with authorities of the state whether it is possible to falsify the identity and Paypal for itself won't know ?

yes,Paypal has access to check your documents,passport,driver license,Social security number,date of birth,address and your credit report,utility bills.
They could also use AI to check your photo
