Card billing address??
 

While adding a card to PayPal I know only the house number needs to match and not the rest of the address, so what I have been doing is just changing the address numbers but leaving the rest of the address the same. The thing is though, that's not even a real address. Can I have the real address attatched to both ebay and paypal and just add the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address for the card? Or will that raise a red flag? Thank you!

Your addresses should match - a manual review (on the off-chance it happens) could easily cause problems for your account

Paypal does an avs check which is an address verification system.

This checks numbers in string so the numbers from your door number and postcode/zip code so if your address is 111 main road London nw9 1jd then the address check checks 1-1-1-9-1 in that order.

but if you also use 111 north road Birmingham b9 1tj the 1-1-1-9-1 will also check out and be a successful address verification check.

The only countries they can do this for is US, CANADA AND UK.
