Digital item refund on Paypal???
 

Hello,so i bought an eGift card on a site with PayPal,and i got the activation key via email.But the code was invalid,and now the site dont want to give my money back,so i opened a dispute on PayPal 4 days ago as "item not received",but now the seller added some shipping details info with a random tracking number and the item delivered with email,i dont know,will PayPal give me back my money???
Because this is was a digital product

Sounds like the seller is trying to get around refunding you by providing fraudulent order information to Paypal.

There's a high chance the seller will win unless you get Paypal on the phone and try to explain the situation.

But how the seller will win?when he doesnt ship anything,and i opened a case as physical product???

Okay,but how can they provide a tracking number for a digital good??Is this against the PayPal policy,not??Or i mean this is not a real tracking number,then is this not illegal???
