None of both. The difficulties of running stealth PayPal accounts will be on the rise irrespective of country.
Nimibia is a new country right next to Nambia. You need to 'holiday' more.

Still the threshold could be greater for Canada compared to other countries.

Mexico is worse, you can't have balance since September.
You must withdraw to bank account and currency exchange is bad if you are receiving US dollars.

Guys, Philippines PayPal is by far the best and most lenient of all i've tried.
But the conversion rate to USD really svcks.

I used to live in the Philippines and mainly agree with what WEI says above. The withdrawal options are to local prepaid accounts, many of which you can purchase online and have mailed to you. Unfortunately I am not at liberty to state what those are here on the public forum. Like most things, if they get out en-masse, they stop working. ;)

From what I have known, both Chinese PAYPAL and EBAY accounts are solid. Chinese EBAY accounts have to be verified at the beginning. Once your are verified, you are strong enough to sell. You are good to go except selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗. Paypal the same, easy pass to invoice receipt things.

I've heard China is the hardest type of account to setup though..

Not to mention that if you were successful setting up an account, you'd appear to be a Chinese seller and buyers would avoid you. :lol:

It's mainly hard to setup because anyone just can't get a mobile phone in China without providing documents. You can't even get a SIM card without a Resident Identity Card and identity verification. Even Taiwan & HK have many of the same rules.

Last time I was there even obtaining a SIM was a pain; they wanted not only my physical passport, but also copies of my visa paperwork. The mobile carrier then sends it off someplace to get approved which takes anywhere from several hours to a day or more.

I can't imagine you can setup many of these non-USA accounts without some type of physical mobile # anyway, which means NO virtual phones.

anyone can offer 99 cents plus free shipping,and you dont have to use tracking.
I just received some Fragile labels ,seller spent 63 cents shipped from CALIFORNIA.

There are US sellers who sell ribbons,buttons,postcards,stamps ,they dont use tracking unless they are rare .
The bigger expense is really Ebay FVF and Paypal fee,even with Paypal micro payment 6 cents plus 6%
99 cents - 35 stamps-10 cents FVF -6 cents -6 cents =42 cents profit?

I was told that the international postage has been as low as ca. 0.2 euro. (to main countries like UK, USA ...) For 1 euro item, majority buyers buy more than 2 pieces in total.

I always use forever stamps,so I dont track stamp cost?

but you would be surprised how many sellers on AMZN and Ebay do not update their listiings.
I just listed some used books and dvds on AMZN,I see some are selling theirs for $1.49 with free shipping?
I Sold a book on AMZN for 3.95 and 3.99 ship,AMZN took $3.90(I dont have a pro account) ,shipping is $2.71,my keep $1.33 and that book costs me more .

Back in early 2000,someone told me if I put a one penny stamp on a letter,USPS will deliver it.
I tried and it worked!!!!!!

sorry for crashing this post but its important: The 200 / 20K threshholds are going away Jan 1st 2022! Any payments over $600 gets 1099 then. Its in the "rescue" law. You might want to pass it around the forum...its not commonly known...heres a vid from a big youtuber. This will destroy a lot of ppl! hopefully you guys can find good work arounds!
