Anyone else has their IP Burger being detected?

So I've a Fresh IP purchased from IP Burger, but recently one of the paypal CS said that I was using a VPN, same issue happened months ago with 24vc...

Using Firefox extension IP Burger.

Is it okay to discuss other service providers? or against forum rules?

yes paypal can findout if you using VPN nothign wrong about it

Yes, it's normal. Don't worry about it. And since you're outside of USA, you absolutely cannot turn the VPN off.
