Paypal with double citizenship
 

I have double citizenship Turkish-bulgarian and I live in turkey. I opened the account with Bulgarian passport. And I used psiphon vpn for Bulgaria. Then I wanted to withdraw my money on that vpn and PayPal declined withdrawal then I called them and they said stop using vpn and I said " I don't know what vpn is...bla bla" then they said another reason for decline is its a personal money transfer so you need to wait a couple of days to withdraw. So my question is even with my original documents I sent them including my passport can I use my real ip I'm on in turkey? Would they mind it? And If I call them I would say I have double citizenship so I'm temporarily in turkey. Would it work? If not what should I do in this case? By the way is it a problem that the name on the bank account is different than PayPal owner's name? I use transferwise euro account confirmed on my PayPal but in my spouse's name.?

Not long time before I used my account while I was in Turkey. They suspended my PayPal just because I logged in from Turkey.

I think best thing is signup for Bulgarian paypal get dedicated IP for Bulgaria. and you can work while in Turkey without issues.

Unfortunately there is no Bulgaria in ipburger. What about vps? I haven't used vps before but people mention about it and advice it over vpn

If so,I would not ship and let the buyer file dispute and get his money back

yes i did but didnt send 2 of them yet. why do you think so? i cant get through this?

Paypal does not do business in Turkey,so what country is your Paypal account?

It is Bulgaria and I have double citizenship Turkish-bulgarian

Would it be a problem if I use another country vpn other then Bulgaria where paypal is not prohibited? Like us UK vpn?

Paypal does not care if you have double citizenship,esp that Paypal does not do business in Turkey.

Yes You can use VPS. VPN is very bad to use on PayPal.

I'm new to vps could you suggest me a provider? And how to do it? How to use it?
