PayPal sending funds to another paypal Issue

Hello community,

Today I tried on my stealth account to send funds to my main account. They required to confirm my ph.number, my friend declined to provide me with his number because he is scared cus of flagging with his main account.

So I took another p.number( one of my family ) and attached it and confirmed it.

Tried to send some funds but I've got error: "We can't confirm it's you.."

Tried also via another smartphone, paypal app, same error..

Any thoughts fellas?
