Cannot do refund in Paypal after cut it loose and go for eBAy manage Payment.
 

I now opt into eBay Manage Payment and cut loose off Paypal.
However, I have issues doing refund now.
Paypal won't allow me to issue refund due to insufficient fund in my account (I withdraw funds in Paypal when I cut it loose)
I actually could still do refund yesterday, the fund was debited from my bank account.
But now, looks like paypal would not go to my back account to take the refund instead asking me to add fund to paypal.
I cannot add fund to paypal because it ask me to provide beneficial owner information, I tried to put in my real info since this will be my last use on paypal but I cannot change the stealth info in paypal, the fields are grey out.
What can I do now ?

just refund outside Paypal,send him money order or check or cash or western union

or ask him to file a dispute with Paypal,not his cc issuer

Ask buyer to file dispute and refund from there.

Keep item. Sell it and use the money for a nice relaxing dinner and enjoy the fact you will never need to use Paypal again.

Consider it a going away present.

Tbh I don't have much beef with PayPal.
