eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Prepaid cards?!? Or somthing simmiler

I know there is a service where you can purchase Stealth VCC. But I wondered if anyone actually provided any actual physical card that can be used?!?

I already have other prepaid card etc but how many can I order under my name

Another option is for me to order it under someone else and get the card from them. That's not possible for me

Any services on here such as that?

he wants a stealth physical card which he can carry in his wallet.
Here in US,we used to get tons of solicitation letters that we have been preapproved for a card,even our cat and dog gets them too.
if you have a pet dog,cat,turtle,ferret ,you can start building its credit history and soon it will get a letter from those idiot finance companies,dept stores.

I think OP is looking for physical card that can be used to withdraw his PayPal balance. To be used at ATMs and or at stores.

like the other said,he just want a physical card to carry in his wallet,withdraw or spent his Paypal balance and buy things in a physical brick and mortar stores.
There is Paypal cash card,debit card,credit card but it would require his SSN and physical address and DOB

I stated everything in my post, I don't see any reason to state more than I need too, especially when you don't even have a solution otherwise it would have been stated.
