Paypal debit card error

I have a Pa ypal account. I've added a bank account and I'm waiting for the 2 deposits now (fingers crossed) but what about the debit/credit card?

My problem is that when I try to confirm the card, Pa ypal says "Your card was declined by the issuing bank. Please try a different card or contact your card issuer with questions."

Anyone know a way around this or should I call Pa ypal and talk to customer service?

you need working for card paypal, if the card is declined no point calling paypal

Is your Visa reloadable? because you can't withdraw to not reloadable cards.
