Help! PayPal ask for bank account statement
 

I have this PayPal account I've been using for over 8 months. Verified, even up to address level. A few days back, I saw a notification on the account that I should upload a bank statement and provide info on the payments I received recently. The problem now is that the bank account is a Transferwise USD account and it wouldn't be wise to upload to upload an account statement directly from Transferwise because the bank name is Community Federal Savings Bank. I need advice on how best to get a legit-looking (⊗⊗⊗⊗?) CSFB statement, and which address should ideally be on it; my address on PayPal or a US address?
