bank questions?

when opening a paypal account do i have to add my wells fargo bank to the paypal account to get verified, or can i use a simons card only to get verified with out adding my bank.:noidea:

Paypal needs to know your identity. In USA, a verified paypal account must add and confirm a bank account.

Once you have reached your sending limit with your PayPal account, you must become Verified if you want to continue their service.
