How can I withdraw my money from a stealth Paypal in UK account after the 180 day

Hello, I have a Paypal stealth account in the UK, which has been banned for 180 days, which expired long ago. I have a certain amount of money in it that I can only withdraw through a bank account. How can I withdraw my money If I add a Revolut account? Will they accept it and can I transfer the money to it? Thank you in advance!
