Paypal Purchase

Hi, i was just wondering is there anyway for me to buy a stealth paypal account and make a purchase of like £2k using my own money maybe transferring it to another secure place and using that as a method of payment. i was reading somewhere about a uaccount.uk but didn't quite understand what it can do for me. Or is that not possible for a stealth account? any ideas

You can make a uaccount in your real details yes, you still can’t use it to fund the PayPal though

IRS can seize his personal properties without going to court,including his Paypal account,so if you use his account to stash $$,IRS will be able to seize it.
