Hi

Hopefully there will be a quick answer to this

Is the receiving limit for UK Paypal £2500 or 2500 euros in gbp, approx £2130 gbp

Its €2500 - it depends on the exchange rate as to what exactly the £ limit is

That isnt the same limit

There is a soft limit at £1650 - that is always fixed. Account remains fully functional until the second limit

The second limit which is a hard limit is at €2500 which is approx £2100 to £2200 depending on exchange rates - at this point you cannot use the account at all until submitting everything that is needed.
