Lift limitations over the phone
 

Do you guys still have luck restoring limited paypal accounts via phone? Since the beginning of 2019 I had no success to have the limitation lifted when calling. They just review the docs and tell you that someone from the Back office will review your account and get back to soon. And few hours later I receive " You no longer can do business with PayPal" email.

In the past I had 100% success rate having the limitation removed just by calling. I was able to restore around 50 accounts in 2018.

--- How do I get in touch with agent who can take action instantly?
--- Is there any direct number for department who deals with limitations over phone? I am even willing to pay money to get hold of such phones... I am serious because it very disappointing to have zero success in 2019 ( by uploading docs and just waiting for outcome) Vs 100% success in 2018 ( by uploading docs then calling, having someone review it, take an action right away).



Any ideas or suggestions?

yes if not more. The strange thing is I was selling New iphones on ebay ( which is considered the highest level of paypal would classify :attention: but was successful

However now, even if sell gums on ebay.... they will not restore the account :rant:

Hey PPbb. I called Paypal about a week ago about a similar situation. Got my account soft-limited and called them about it but they just told me to upload what they were asking, which was a bank statement and a note regarding some of the latest transactions.

When I called I had already uploaded everything and they just told me to wait, that it should be reviewed soon.

An entire week passed and I'm still waiting for the soft-limit to be removed.

Maybe they are busy and had many cases piled up because of Thanksgiving and Black Friday? Hopefully that's the case.

Yup. Last year like now if you called they would restore your account straight away via phone within 3-5 minutes.

I’m sure there are some agents still doing this until now but the thing is HOW to reach them. Some members here know the trick but they are not sharing for their own advantage ( which is fully understandable )

I got a list with hundreds of PayPal phone numbers by name and department. I’m going to call one by one until I reach my goal :)
