PayPal transfer delays

For new PayPal stealth accounts is it now the norm to get a security message from PayPal saying that withdrawals are being reviewed for an extra 24 or more hours?

They told me it will take up to 72 hours. Will it be like this for every withdrawal I make? I never had this for my established PayPal accounts.

I get that 72 hour wait too, on accounts that are a few months old even. Usually if I try withdrawing more than I have withdrawn before, I get that. Some accounts don't get it. But when I'm increasing withdrawal amounts, sometimes I see it.

It won't last forever. It's just because your account is newish and still gaining trust.
