Limited paypal on 1k - 25k ebay account
 

Paypal limited my new account (asking for id) after selling two products.

This came a real shock to me, because my ebay account is a real great account with 1000 - 25000 selling limits.

paypal does not care about your limits in ebay.
not even ebay cares about your limits in ebay. they will increase them and on the same day suspend you.

About your paypal question:

I made 2 accs recently.
one recived few payments for 50 EUR each and got limited in 2 days (on a completly fresh account)

the other one has over 50 sales every day and reciving 1200 gbp daily for 4 days already without any limitation (so around 4.5k gbp already in 4 days) (on a completly fresh account)

If you ask me it is completly random and from expience it comes sooner or later. (I had it once after 30k and 4 month without changing selling behavior).

I managed to pass all of these restricions so far with real docs and drawn invoices (and real trackings)
