withdraw problem
 

hi all
i am facing an issue with 4 of my PP accounts
all of them received funds, all orders are delivered 5 days ago
all of the funds released
when i try to withdraw it says we are having issue processing your order please contact customer service!!
I did., the answer is amazing
the system blocking you we can not override it, you can keep trying and MAYBE you will be able to withdraw

PS. all accounts got limited and restored

probably because you tried to withdraw too early? how much are you trying to withdraw? is it the first withdrawal? or you withdrawn before?

which PayPal support did you call? Which country... is it the arabic department?

For starters - is this a US based account? if not what country?

have you tried withdrawing a smaller amount first to see if it works?

Yea, wait a few hours, or a day, then try again with smaller amount.

You didn't change any info in the account, did you? If you did, usually this triggers it.

you need to go back to PAYPAL and find out what you need to withdraw your fund?
you may have to use a VISA card,not bank account?
if bank account,it needs to be a US bank account,if you have one.

I have a US bank attached to each one
and I already called PP
every time they give me a different answer

what is the name of your US bank?
is the fund to be tranferred in US dollars?
are you sure your routing number and account number are correct?

you cannot use the same bank account for more than one Paypal account.

Try an egyptian bank account? i'm guessing an egyptian account withdrawing to a us bank account would face higher system scrutiny because of 'anti-terrorism and money laundering' laws.

Paypal does not accept Egyptian bank account.
He may have better luck with VISA,may not be any VISA but a bank visa card issued by a bank which is a member of VISA Europe.
Although Paypal boasts doing business with over 200 countries,it does not have bank account in every country,if it does,then it is bank to bank clearance via the Egyptian Central Bank.
Without having a local bank account,the only alternative would be intl wire transfer which cost too much money,other than that,then it is VISA Europe,but she would need a VISA card which is issued by a bank,which is a member of Visa Europe.

But she said she has a US bank account,it should work,unless her bank is not member of US Fed Reserve System or ??
may be someone on this forum would offer to let her link his bank account and for a fee,he will then transfer the fund from his bank account to her bank account,
