hello guys,

i have a question,
if i have a paypal account france, with town: Paris and that i m live in spain.

- i would take a sock5 or vpn france with the town Paris ?? for connect me if i dont wanna block my account ??

no, do not use a vpn. beter use another countrys ip than vpn, they can block you for using vpn and ask for documents.

I never had problems to use paypal from other coutnrys

Do you know where you can get an ip?
Do you think i can open a US or UK paypal business account and then us an US or UK ip without any problems?

Google is your friend ;)
A lot of options for your IP Address solution, other than getting a flagged IP from VPNs.
And as much as possible, just use the corresponding IP address of the country you registered your account - USA account = USA IP, UK account = UK IP
