Adding bank error - okay for another account?

I'm getting an error when adding a bank to a PP, and has been like this for 1 month. Would it be okay to add this bank to another PP account or is it already linked to the account I've been trying to add to?

The error must've been caused by adding it within 24 hours of opening and don't really want to waste a bank.

No, it's not that. I am adding the bank accounts at the time of the creation of the paypal account and I have never received this error.

Should've clarified. I'm adding the bank account within 24 hours of the bank account being opened. Normally, you're supposed to wait but i made a mistake.

This as well. Many times I added the bank account minutes after it was created without any issues.

do you have a verifed phonenumber, if yes when did you add it to the paypal acccount

wondering also this, once a bank acc couldn't add to pp (attempt returned with error),
is it safe to add it to another pp?

Yes it is safe
If it's never been added (due to error message), PayPal has no record of it.
