Paypal Shipping default

Ok, I have searched and searched to no avail. EVERY time I go to buy postage (U S Regular post) the default shipping on paypal is priority or some such and I have to change to regular post. Only takes 5 seconds but is aggravating as hell. Anyway to change default to regular tracked 2-3 day mail.
