Does Paypal Ever Short Change?
I recently had someone perform a CC chargeback on me and when they won Paypal explained the CC company charged an admin fee. When I looked at the transaction details it said the fee was only $10 however looking at my balance it looks as though $13 has been taken. In the past I have noticed my balance to be a few dollars out from what I've calculated it should be but have just written it off as a miscalculation on my part.
Has anyone else noticed they are getting small amounts swiped from their account and if so then how can Paypal get away with something like this? A few dollars from each busy account would add up to a huge amount! |
