Paypal on pre-approving automatic payment?s

Hi, pp acc is verified with cc and when trying to approve for a service, it shows sorry cannot authorize pre approve payments now. Please return to the merchant.

What is to be done? It's an US paypal acc.

You need to verify paypal . go to account settings->paypal account->become verified and there you should see the problem that need to be solved

Already verified with cc, phone, ssn, dob and other details. Still issue.

From what I know, PayPal does a soft credit check eventually when you provide the ssn which can lead to limitations in the future. Hopefully this doesn't happen to you
