Paypal option to use credit card conversion is gone??

Hi, is the option for using credit card conversion gone? Before I could choose between using my credit card's conversion rate over paypal which saved me some $$$ but, now it's missing.

Anyone else having the same problem?

Thanks.

Thank you but, that's not what I meant.

Say I'm Canadian and I purchase an item in the USD currency, paypal would automatically charges my credit card 2.5% for currency conversion fee.

However, there used to be an option on paypal where I could use my credit card's conversion rate instead of paypal let's say 1.5%.

To put this in perspective, I'm saving 1% of currency fees using my credit card's rate instead of paying paypal extra.

I follow that because of the foreign conversion fee on your card. I haven't had this problem on pp but I haven't done high volume
