Verifed paypal Got limited again
 

Hello guys
I need your help. I bought business ebay and paypal from here and after using it carefully, I managed to pass paypal identity check by submitting driving licence and bill. But just after 3 months they have just asked me this

I have been withdrawing money very slow from this paypal and I still have 1600£ in it.
My question is shall I submit same driving licence again which was previously provided and passed?
Or shall I get new document made and submit that?
