cant withdraw from paypal
Hello here are the facts:
-french paypal verified account since 2006
-verified card and bank account
-started to use it recently for dropshipping (1 month)
-unable to withdraw probably because I am currently residing in Israel and their freaking security system is preventing me to withdraw from another country ?
what would be the most fast and efficient solution to resolve this issue ?
foolishly tried to use vpn , ipburger with a french ip address, in talk with their trash support service since 3 weeks, unable to withdraw to my bank account, not sure what can I do ?
