eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Prepaid card cashout for non-US resident

Hi guys!

I have a movo cash prepaid card with funds. What is the best way to get the funds out of this card for a non-resident (US).

The card is not recognized by Paypal, so I can't spend.

Intresting.... I am about to register on MOVO to get verified paypoal (live in Sri lanka but i use US paypal as i am US citizen so i have SSN )

The best is to exchange the balance for crypto or virtual currencies , I did the vise versa to get movo balance .
