Hi dear friend ,
so I created my first germany stealth paypal , I use ipburger fresh vpn ip .
paypal asked to confirm with bank account , is this normal ?! I don't know where I can get a VBA for paypal , I see you guys using only vcc to confirm paypal account . am I right ?!
can I switch to uk paypal so I can confirm with only vcc no need to bank account ?

yes you can link any eu bank with germany paypal.
also u can link virtual card
