[Non-US/Non-EEA Resident] Can't find a way to withdraw money from PP
 

I'm About to lose hope here, i'm doing some ecommerce and right now have some money on Paypal that i need to move to a Virtual Bank account.

Local Bank is not an option since my country has a limit on the money you can spend online. I have a Transferwise and Payoneer account, you can't link payoneer to PP, Transferwise don't send Their Mastercards to my country.

So far, i tried :

Monese,Bunq,Upaycard,Icard. None of these ones accept my country.

What other solutions are there?

You are supposed to do your research before using Paypal.
A bank issued VISA debit card,if the bank is member of VISA Europe,may work
