Do Bank transfers take this long?

I initiated a transfer to my bank on the 19th and on the 22nd I received an e-mail stating my transfer request is processing and it's still not in my bank?
Also the transaction on my PayPal account says completed "Transferred"

didn't go through but that doesn't make sense because I received an e-mail stating that my funds were processing and it would take 1 business day.

IF YOU WANT IT FASTER,you can use a bank issued debit card,but it is not free

There are 4 levels of ACH,Paypal uses the free one but the slowest,usually 2-4 days.
