eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - paypal cash out 100% amount

hello, i am wondering, for example, i get transfer 500$ on PayPal account that i bought... can i then send the whole amount to another person? or i will be blocked by paypal system?

if you are trying to send $500 on a brand new account you just bought, it will potentially get suspended before you even get the option of trying to send it out

OP, make sure you put up your country flag so we know where you are and give you the correct advice.

WHen you bought the PP account, didn't the seller give you instructions on what not to do?

try 100-150 and after 72 hours try same mount
