Is it possible to mask PP account for seller's service?

Paypal transaction details show Name, Second name, billing address and PP mail.
As I know there is no any unique ID of buyer or something.
Lets say there is John Smitt with Address 1 and email 1. He purchased something via PP.
Then he add one more mail / billing address to PP acc and purchase again as John Smitt with Address 2 and email 2.

Will this 2 purchases be 100% identified as purchase from same Paypal account?

Sure seems like he will be identified as purchase from same PP account.

But if you do this a lot for different addresses....it looks like dropshipping...

we are allowed 6 email addresses per one Paypal account,so you can use different email address and shipping address for purchases,but it is still the same Paypal account.
I am not aware Paypal cares if you are running a dropshipping business,or retail arbitrage,sellers would ship to the address you have in your paypal account to get selller protection

So there is some kind hidden unique ID Paypal acc? As when I receive payments I can see only names, billing addres and mail. Which isn't enough to 100% identify acc as "same".

May be I've missunderstood you. I know it will be same Paypal account. But is it also obvious for seller? I mean not the human check, but automatized check of shop.
Lets say it see 2x payment from John Smitt but with different mail and billing address. Of course human might guess it same. But bot cant be sure its same account as there is many John Smitt around the country - right? Or transaction contain some hidden ID of acc, so bot need only to compare it between recent transactions?

Also that 6 mails per acc - is it max current added mails or total possible to add/remove for entire lifetime of the acc?
+ is billing address could be somehow hidden (as it not required for virtual items purchase) if payment goes through PP quick purchase service? Like you press button at shop and it leads to PP form to pay. I know its possible to hide address while you form transfer manual from inside Paypal, but what about incoming payment requests?
