"Right now we're not able to do this" Withdrawing
 

One of my PayPal accounts was limited for 180 days and I received an email saying the funds were available for withdrawal long story short I try adding a bank account to the PP account then try transfering and it says "Right now we're not able to do this". Several agents have already tried resetting the system and it keeps saying the same thing. This isn't a case of withdrawing too quickly or having to wait either....some thing else is going on

if you have a bank account already linked before 180 days ,then you should have no problem

how do you know its 3 to 7 days? Has this happened to you before?

Right on the money!

Than try sharing withdrawing small amount, if goes through, edit it to a larger amount, etc
