Vanilla Visa showing up as gift card please help
 

Hello to everyone I have been away from the stealth game for a while now almost 2 years. I making a new pay pal account. It's showing up as a gift card on the left hand side at the top of the page, This is a $50 one time gift card Non reloadable.
Back in the day they would want me to confirm the card By charging a $199 And They would send me a 4 digit number. Then that's how you confirm your card. Can anyone recommend a good gift card to buy or someone for a VCC. I need a usa vcc,,, One more thing to add to this My vanilla Visa Also has the right zip code to authenticate the card and on the pay pal account to everything matches. Never had this problem before Thanks again everyone hope have a great day

For my PayPal Right now everything else on my Account is confirmed

You don't need a vcc. Your attached vanilla card is just fine. Add and confirm a bank account to PayPal to become fully verified.

Does it apply to USA paypal account? Can you hold balance after confirming bank (VBA)?
apparently they've changed their TOS and now requires to have a cash/cash+ account (which requires identity verification) to hold balance.
