Me add Community Federal Savings Bank account to PayPal, wait on the 2 small deposits, confirm them with PayPal, it is ok. and then paypal removed them.

so you contact PayPal by phone, tell them you and want to confirm the 2 small deposits while on the phone with the representative.

but do not tell them it is from payoneer.

Someone did this.

Every bank has IBAN number and BIC from where they can easily see that the bank is Payoneer, your plan will not work to hide that.
